Service Description
Celebrate your birthday or event with a fun, hands-on hat customization experience! Guests create unique trucker hats using vibrant patches from local partner Phazes. Perfect for all ages, this interactive activity adds a creative and personal touch, leaving everyone with a memorable keepsake. Minimum hat package of qty 8. Every hat purchase includes 3 iron-on patches and a pin. Additional patches and pins can be purchased at event. Iron-on services included at event. Event location: max 1 hour radius of Paragould, AR. 2 week notice requested but inquire anyways! Booking confirmation will be sent when local partner accepts booking date and package.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies for the karaoke machine rental: **📅 Booking Policy** * **Full payment is required at the time of booking** to reserve your date—no deposit necessary. * Bookings must be made at least **5 days in advance** to ensure availability (contact us if you need an accomadation). **❌ Cancellation Policy** * **Full refund** available if cancelled **72 hours or more** before the event. * **50% refund** for cancellations made **48–72 hours** before the event. * **No refund** if cancelled **within 48 hours** of the scheduled start time. * One **free reschedule** is available in case of emergencies or weather-related issues (must be used within 30 days, subject to availability). **⏳ Waitlist Policy** * If your preferred date is booked, you may **join the waitlist** with no upfront payment. * You will be notified immediately if a spot opens. * Once notified, you’ll have **12 hours** to confirm and pay in full to secure the booking.
